Great home style cooking. They always have salads, about 8 meats, numerous vegetables and several desserts. The service is good and the price is fair for large portions of good food. You serve yourself as you walk through the line.

Wide variety of very good food reasonably priced.

Ever since we found this hidden gem, when I'm in town we always get lunch here. Always busy but well worth the time. Highly recommend

Now we are talking about a great place to eat at. Their food is delicious I could eat there 7 day's a week. The atmosphere is awesome come on in and enjoy yourselves. If you don't know them you will by the time you leave.

Gainesville speciality. Great southern food. Lots and lots of variety. Menu can be difficult to follow as easy item is individually fixed priced (irrespective of quantity slobbered into your plate). So if u have lots of items, one could easily pay $20+ easily for a simple yet delicious southern meal. Favorite local hanging out place (read old people). Even saw Gov Deal there recently...

Good food. Reasonable prices.

I'm normally not big on buffets but this is a well monitored, well cleaned, constantly restocked buffet!! They have tons of comfort food and just downright good Southern Home Cooking options to get. The staff was all super friendly. Definitely a good place to bring even the most pickiest family and surely everybody will find something they like. They have excellent sweet tea, coffee, soft drinks and all sorts of other options.

I am always satisfied with the food at Longstreet, but today our food wasn’t good. My fried chicken was very tuff, okra was hard. The food wasn’t the quality we expected. Very disappointed. ☹️

Meat specials every day and lots of yummy good home cooked vegetables. Oh my goodness the banana pudding is to die for. Not open on Sundays. My husband loves to go there also for breakfast. We love it because it's a buffet and you starve yourself. Everybody needs to try it out it's where the locals eat

Good people, decent food, place was packed so it was kind of a slow process, it's a buffet so there was a wide variety of food choices from healthy to not even close to healthy, choose wisely

Food was okay hash browns didn't taste right. My brother made the order and the first thing he asked them was how much their gravy and biscuits were and then said I'd like two of those and then he proceeded to order mine. We get up to the front to get our order. She gives him 2 sausage biscuits. He quickly tried to explain he ordered biscuit and gravy not sausage biscuits. She just stood there then asks well do you want to order It? He said umm... sure then she tells him the price. We leave instead. My brother should not have to pay for this ladies mistake we would have happily given the sausage biscuits back as they give him heart burn. But she never even offered to fix her mistake then wanted to charge more for it. Smh

Omg so good. If you enjoy good southern cooking... This is the place to be. But be careful everything is so tempting you might get more than you can eat

The service is good. The food was ok, not great. It is served buffet style, which means there are a lot of options.

The biscuit smelled like mothballs, and the only reason I ate anything else was because my mother had bought it for me, but was just too bland and threw half of it out. I've had better food in a homeless shelter!

Love the biscuits. Best biscuits and the soze of the biscuits is what makes it better and with a great price. I will return always for the breakfast.

I tried the drive thru today (Wednesday). It was great. Easy and fast. No line at about 12:20pm. (Rainy day.)Always great! Their fish is always fabulous.

They have a great selection on their breakfast buffet. The pile of crispy bacon was awesome. The friendly staff was a bonus.

Salmon was dry and tasted weird. Baked potato was overcooked. They did replace salmon with 2 big slices of delicious beef brisket. Strawberry shortcake was yummy. Very friendly service and very clean.

Longstreet Cafe catered my Christmas party last night for my company and I can’t say enough about the staffs professionalism the food was amazing and so much food for the price. They covered everything even down to the to go boxes for the left over food. I will definitely impressed . I will use them next year. Again thank you for makIng our party a successful event.

I ordered food through Doordash (because I could not leave work). the chicken was raw and still frozen in the middle. I called to get it taken off of my card, was told to speak to the manager and was told I need to come in to be refunded since it cannot be done over the phone. I do not get off until 1500 and they close at 1400. If I could have drove to pick up my lunch I would not have used Doordash and paid their 5.99 delivery charge/fees.Offered to email/text someone a picture of my food that was not sufficient.

First time back since the beginning of the pandemic & the food was fresh & delicious as always.(This is the only time you'll ever hear the words pandemic & delicious in the same sentence, I bet)

Best food in north ga wish all the restaurants could cook like that.

Absolutly wonderful experience I'm gonna do little simple math here and add 2 stars of my own that would be a total of 7 these people are going above and beyond to make dine in and take out hands down safe and satisfying you guys keep up the good work keeping tummies happy and people safe at the same time while preserving the family atmosphere and experience

Food is always good, but you never know what you will pay. I think the prices go up and down with the stock market. When you get to the end of the serve yourself line your plate is evaluated by the cashier and a price is thrown at you. It's never the same, even though I get the same thing every time. Sometimes it's a good deal, and sometimes it's like a second mortgage. Check the stock market before eating here.

I visit this place nearly every morning and I am always greeted with a smile even at the drive through. The food is great, the proportions are plentiful and the staff is very kind and is always there to make sure you are taken care of if your dining in. I recommend you try this place for yourself.

Food is great. Cafeteria style choices are huge. Salad, fish, chicken, beef, bbq, lots of choice. Service is excellent and very friendly. Bathroom was very clean. Large parking lot. A good experience every time I go.

I love this place! I haven't been there in person yet, but I have ordered delivery several times. It's always delicious, large portions, and packaged well. It's homestyle southern food, and sometimes that is what you want. Nice comfort food, delicious meat and vegetables (lots of vegetable options too). I have tried their breakfast too - it is also good. Good cathead buttermilk biscuits and gravy, crispy bacon. Everything tastes like it's made with care. Yum.

Usually the Food & the Service from the Waitresses is nothing short of AMAZING, but tonight the country fried steak was semi- cooked. It fell apart everytime I stuck a fork in it! Serious though!

Quality of food is average at best.

The food is good. Breakfast is good at a good price. Lunch was okay. Soup was cold. It was expensive! $34 for lunch for 2, expensive. I only had soup and salad. The food is good though, fresh, homemade taste.

The service and food are always great we go there every 3rd Wednesday of the month to eat breakfast. We are all retired from Wrigley's and they take great care of us.

Really good food. And it must be good the place was boom.

Absolutely delicious food and good service, but stay away from the side where the to go orders are filled!
